The OpportunityWe aren’t looking for an order taker. We are looking for a high-agency recruiter who understands that recruiting is a consulting role. In this role, you’ll own outcomes not just requisitions. You’ll deeply understand the business, influence hiring decisions, and connect your work directly to quality of hire, team performance, and company growth. You’ll be trusted to raise the bar, challenge assumptions, and help leaders hire better than they thought possible.
You should expect to manage 5-12 requisitions at any given time and consistently make 3-4 hires a month, depending on the complexity of the roles assigned. This is a role for someone who wants real ownership from how roles are scoped, to how candidates are assessed, to how new hires ramp and succeed in their first 90 days.

In this role, you’ll receive a starting salary between $120,000 and $145,000 as well as Flock Safety Stock Options. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, as well as market indicators. Your recruiter will discuss this in-depth with you during our first chat.
