Role Overview

As a Technical Recruiter, you play a critical role in the future of the company by sourcing, supporting, and screening excellent technical talent to join our fast growing company.

Your direct responsibilities include building a talent pipeline, supporting recruitment events, and promoting our employer brand in Serbia.

You will be hands-on in full-cycle recruiting but will also support initiatives to make our hiring processes more efficient and candidate-friendly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively source technical candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for engineering roles in Serbia
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate skills, experience, and motivation
  • Promote our employer brand through events, hackathons and meet-ups
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout every touchpoint through clarity of process and responsiveness
  • Gather and share accurate and detailed feedback on candidates
  • Manage candidate data accurately in our ATS (Workable) and keep pipelines up to date
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and support candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Share market insights and sourcing feedback to continuously improve hiring strategies

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, IT, or related field
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in tech or engineering
  • Passion for engineering, fintech, and talent acquisition
  • Strong communication skills in English and Serbian (verbal and written)
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable with metrics-driven work (pipeline tracking, KPIs, time-to-fill)

Nice-to-haves:

  • Previous experience recruiting engineers in Serbia
  • Interest in coding or technology fundamentals to better engage technical candidates
  • Familiarity with ATS and sourcing platforms e.g. Linkedin, Workable
