As we scale our engineering and product organization, we are looking to add a Technical Recruiter to support our growth.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support hiring across engineering, data, and technical product roles. This role will focus on executing full-cycle recruiting while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire high-quality, mission-aligned technical talent.

This is a hands-on role for a recruiter who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys balancing sourcing, candidate engagement, and process execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support.

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define interview plans, and align on hiring priorities.

Proactively source technical talent using LinkedIn, referrals, outbound outreach, and other channels.

Conduct recruiter screens to assess technical experience, role fit, and alignment with Blooming Health’s mission and values.

Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Support offer processes in collaboration with People Operations.

Hiring Process & Operations

Execute recruiting processes and workflows in alignment with company standards and best practices.

Maintain accurate candidate data, pipeline tracking, and hiring metrics within the ATS.

Ensure timely feedback collection and clear communication between candidates and interview teams.

Collaborate with People Operations to ensure smooth handoff from offer acceptance to onboarding.

Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and interview effectiveness.

Stakeholder Partnership

Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to engineering, product, and technical leadership.

Provide regular updates on pipeline status, market conditions, and hiring progress.

Represent Blooming Health professionally to candidates and external partners.

What We’re Looking For

3–6+ years of experience in technical recruiting, ideally within startups or high-growth environments.

Demonstrated experience recruiting software engineers and other technical roles.

Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build and manage pipelines proactively.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners.

Comfort operating in an evolving environment with changing priorities.

Experience using ATS tools and structured hiring processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting in health tech, social impact, or mission-driven organizations.

Experience supporting distributed or remote teams.

Familiarity with early-stage startup hiring dynamics.

Compensation

Salary range: $80,000–$85,000 USD, depending on experience, plus equity and benefits.
