We are seeking an energetic and proactive Recruiter who thrives in a startup environment. You will be integral to our hiring operations, ensuring we attract top-tier talent swiftly and efficiently. This role requires comfort in handling diverse personalities and roles, a strong data focus, and a commitment to KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Quickly support company-wide hiring needs under the guidance of the Director of People Operations in a dynamic startup environment.
• Write + post job descriptions on various platforms.
• Source and screen potential candidates through job boards, postings, inbound leads, and outbound messaging.
• Schedule and conduct Zoom interviews efficiently.
• Be adaptable and responsive to changing needs and priorities.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in talent acquisition, thriving in a startup environment.
• Experience in technical recruiting; adept at conducting technical coding interviews and comfortable recruiting for developers, engineers, and product-related roles.
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to work with diverse personalities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships quickly throughout the hiring process.
• Data-driven and KPI-focused with an ability to operate positively and effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Highly organized with a proactive approach to dynamic workloads.
• Experience with ClickUp is a huge plus!

Salary & Benefits

• $11.54 - 12.12 an hour depending on your location and skills/experience
• 15 Days Paid Time Off + Christmas Day + New Year's Day Paid Off
