Own daily and monthly US accounting: cash reporting and rolling forecasts; manage revenue, AR, collections, payments, and expense controls; run month-end close and monthly management reporting with variance analysis; review payroll/headcount, report MRR/ARR/retention metrics, and manage tax and filing compliance. Build AI-driven automations and use QuickBooks and related tools. Remote for Philippines candidates working EST/PST hours.

Build and maintain automated publishing systems that deploy SEO-optimized content across WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and custom CMSs using Claude Code. Develop API integration layers, scripting, and QA pipelines to prevent bad content from reaching production. Coordinate with content and fulfillment teams, document systems, run staging tests, and validate AI model changes to ensure automated content performs and publishes reliably.
