What you'll do
- Partner with data, engineering execution, and research and development technical teams to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies that align with team goals and broader business priorities.
- Engage and attract top-tier technical talent from inside and outside the industry.
- Build and nurture pipelines for roles critical to Belvedere’s long-term success, maintaining engagement with high-potential candidates and market influencers.
- Navigate complex recruiting scenarios (non-competes, garden leave, visa processes) with discretion, creativity, and compliance awareness.
- Foster collaboration across internal teams (People Ops, Legal, DEI, and leadership) to deliver a consistently thoughtful and engaging candidate experience.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies providing data-driven strategies to influence recruiting direction.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Belvedere at industry events and building strong relationships with external networks and trading communities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a positive candidate experience, reflecting Belvedere’s core values.
- Continuously improve hiring processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the firm’s strategic priorities.
What you'll need
- 2+ years proven experience providing full cycle recruiting processes for technical roles in a corporate or agency recruitment setting.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging hard-to-find talent in highly competitive markets.
- Experience navigating complex hiring challenges, including non-compete agreements, garden leave requirements, and visa sponsorship processes.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative approach to partnering with senior leaders and trading desks.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools, ATS platforms (preferably Lever), and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
