Responsibilities:

• Work with the recruiting and senior leadership teams to assess business requirements.
• Create job descriptions, gather role requirements, current market rates, maintain candidate/employee profiles, and assist with marketing roles. 
• Take ownership of the recruiting process with each candidate from start to finish and deliver a premier experience.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to source top performing and experienced consultants, screen, and hire new Blueprinters across our business and technology practice areas.
• Build effective sourcing strategies to identify experienced individuals and develop a quickly accessible pipeline.
• Support the recruiting team by seeking continuous process improvement.

 Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience with a focus on cloud-based technology recruitment in a high pace/urgent environment.
• Ability to communicate with Hiring managers, Directors, VP’s, Owners, etc.
• Highly driven, self-directed, and a desire to work quickly in a highly autonomous environment.
• An expert with headhunting tactics and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Passionate about inclusion, diversity, and equity.
• Ability to effectively support business leaders while managing multiple priorities. 
• High energy, growth mindset, and a positive attitude.

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $82,200 to $95,300 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
