You will:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to closing offers. 
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.

Who you are

• 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Good understanding of technical roles and the technology landscape.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions.
• Passionate about the GetYourGuide product and are ready to pitch it to tech talents
• Inspired by our guiding principles and feel they are strongly aligned with your personal values.
