- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including job postings, screening, coordinating interviews, and delivering offers.
- Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, culture fit, and alignment with the company’s goals.
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, prioritize hiring needs, and develop effective interview strategies.
- Building a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates for immediate hiring needs and long-term growth
- Successfully managing multiple technical requisitions at varying stages of the recruitment cycle, maintaining quality and speed.
- Facilitating seamless offer negotiations, ensuring a positive candidate experience while balancing business priorities.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to candidates, addressing questions about compensation, benefits, and company culture.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (startup experience strongly preferred).
- Proven success in hiring for software engineering, DevOps, data science, or similar technical roles.
- Exceptional sourcing skills and familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for building relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in an agile, fast-moving environment.
- Experience working in Greenhouse.
- Passion for technology and an understanding of industry trends.

What We Do
DuploCloud offers an end-to-end DevOps software platform for dev teams that don’t have dedicated DevOps engineers and augments those that do. The platform automates the provisioning of your application to the cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), integrating cloud ops, DevOps, and security/compliance with 24x7 monitoring and support. The software runs in your cloud account and is accessed thru our UI, Terraform or API.
