About the role :
As a Senior Recruiter, you'll collaborate closely with our GTM and G&A teams to attract exceptional talent to Turing. You'll serve as a bridge, fostering our culture and establishing trust with both your hiring teams and candidates. Your role in the Talent team will play a pivotal role in our organizational expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring requirements and work together to ensure smooth hiring processes for specific job openings, including hiring strategy meetings, job description creation, and candidate selection criteria.
- Recruit across various teams such as Sales, Growth, People, Legal, and Finance, Tech while also expanding the business globally and building high-performing teams.
- Develop strong talent pipelines while providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process by giving each candidate personalized attention.
- Understand each candidate's skill set and how it fits into the larger team and its objectives.
- Assess current hiring needs and ensure timely hiring at all levels.
- Use market insights and historical data to anticipate conversion rates and time to hire, and proactively map and source candidates to build a talent pipeline for the future.
- Continuously improve existing programs and devise innovative strategies for finding top talent to join our team.
Requirements:

Must Haves:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting-identifying, sourcing, closing, and onboarding candidates.
- Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing tools and methodologies to identify and attract top talent.
- Adeptness in data analysis and reporting, along with a moderate level of understanding in creating and utilizing dashboards for tracking recruitment metrics.
Good to have:
- Startup or Silicon valley experience
- Experience working with ATS like Greenhouse, Lever etc. to manage and track candidates throughout the hiring process.
