Filevine is seeking a Technical Recruiter to partner with and scale our R&D organization across Software Engineering, Reliability/SRE, QA, and Product Management. In this role, you will play a key part in accelerating our product roadmap by sourcing, engaging, and hiring talented technical professionals.
We are looking for someone who understands technical nuance, communicates effectively with engineering managers, and brings a proactive, candidate-focused approach to technical talent acquisition. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and want to build high-performing engineering teams, we’d love to talk.
Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the recruiting lifecycle for technical roles across Engineering and Product—from kick-off intake meetings to offer acceptance.
Proactive Sourcing: Build qualified, diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and creative sourcing strategies to engage talent for hard-to-fill technical roles.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with engineering managers and leaders to define role requirements, align on candidate specs, and establish realistic hiring timelines.
Candidate Screening & Vetting: Conduct initial technical screenings to evaluate candidates’ backgrounds, technical domain fit, and alignment with Filevine’s team culture and values.
Candidate Experience & Process: Drive a smooth, responsive candidate journey by maintaining clear communication, ensuring fast feedback loops, and keeping our ATS (Lever) up to date.
Offer Management: Work alongside hiring managers and HR to structure competitive offers, walk candidates through equity and compensation, and navigate closing conversations.
Qualifications
3–5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment (agency or in-house).
Solid Technical Understanding: Comfortable discussing technical concepts, programming languages, frameworks, and modern engineering team structures.
Proven Sourcing Skills: Experience going beyond inbound applicants to proactively source, engage, and convert prospective candidates.
Strong Stakeholder Communication: Ability to build trust with hiring managers, provide pipeline updates, and offer practical guidance throughout the hiring process.
Organized & Goal-Driven: Ability to manage multiple active requisitions concurrently while maintaining high quality, organization, and attention to detail.
Experience with Modern ATS: Hands-on experience using ATS platforms (Lever) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.

Filevine Compensation & Benefits Highlights
The following summarizes recurring compensation and benefits themes identified from responses generated by popular LLMs to common candidate questions about Filevine and has not been reviewed or approved by Filevine.
-
Healthcare Strength — Health coverage is described as covering the major bases (medical, dental, vision) and is often framed as decent quality. In some cases, premiums and copays are portrayed as relatively favorable, suggesting tangible value from the plans.
-
Parental & Family Support — Paid parental leave is positioned as a standard, clearly offered benefit. The presence of parental leave alongside disability coverage signals baseline family-support provisions typical of growth-stage tech employers.
-
Fair & Transparent Compensation — Compensation is sometimes framed as fair or reasonable relative to role expectations, with technical roles in particular appearing closer to market-aligned ranges. This creates pockets where pay is perceived as competitive even if not consistently top-of-market across the company.
