What we are looking for

  • 2 years of experience sourcing and hiring mid-level and senior software engineers in Latin America in positions such as Ruby on Rails, React, Node.js, Ember.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experienced in sourcing talented software engineers for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Ability to write and speak English fluently.
  • Positive attitude and a tireless work ethic.
  • Upbeat, energetic, and excited to come to work each day.

What you'll be doing

  • Source software engineers experienced in Ruby on Rails, React, and Node.js, using LinkedIn Recruiter and Lever.
  • Perform phone screens to ensure candidates possess the proper qualifications prior to interviews.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to qualify/disqualify candidates.
  • Administer and manage technical tests.
  • Create and send job offers.
  • Participate in daily standups with the hiring team, sales team, and management team.
  • Source and hire at least two software engineers each month, with a goal of hiring 4+ engineers per month.

The position is fully remote and only open to individuals located within Latin America. This role allows you to work from anywhere in the region, providing flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate with a distributed team across the United States and Central/South America.
