About the Role:Decagon is hiring a Technical Recruiter to help scale our best-in-class Product & Design teams. In this role, you’ll work closely with our founders, product leadership, and cross-functional partners to own and optimize the entire hiring funnel — from sourcing to close.
You may be a good fit if you:Have 3+ years of experience hiring high-caliber technical talent
Have operated in a FLC role where responsibilities have ranged from building top of funnel, screening and closing candidates
Understand how to partner with Functional Leaders and Founders alike, influencing both searches and interview processes to arrive at the best hiring outcomes for the company
Have deep knowledge on the Product & Design talent market and an expansive network within it
Have built and optimized hiring processes from the ground up
Understand how to use data to proactively unblock hiring efforts
Have experience building teams in an AI or SaaS company
