What IDT recruiter does:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand the position & team needs.
- Sourcing, screening resumes, interviewing and selecting talents.
- Providing excellent candidate experience.
- Analyzing relevant data and trends to improve staffing performance.
- Taking part in analytical researchers (salary benchmarking, local market trend studies, etc.).
- Onboarding, Employee Experience support, and more.
What would help you to be successful:
- Demonstrated experience as a Technical Recruiter in the IT sector in Moldova.
- Strong proficiency in conducting interviews in English (B2+ level).
- Hands-on experience across various hiring stages.
- Familiarity with IT stacks and the ability to quickly find information with ease.
- Creativity in developing comprehensive search strategies for various roles.
- Proficient in navigating various job boards, professional online communities, and social media groups.
- Writing and presentation skills, ability to put complicated staff in simple words.
- Enthusiasm for acquiring new skills and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
- Nice to have: hands-on experience with Google Sheet/Form, AI tools, sourcing/scraping tools.
- Nice to have: familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Slack.
