Tria Federal is seeking a driven, ambitious, and curious entry/junior-level Technical Recruiter who is eager to launch or grow a career in technical recruiting.

You'll receive mentorship from experienced recruiters while supporting full-cycle recruiting efforts for some of the most sought-after technology professionals in the industry. Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.  
  • Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of active-duty military service with an Honorable discharge.
  • 1–2 years of recruiting experience supporting full-cycle recruiting OR
  • 3–4 years of professional expereince in a high-performance role where you demonstrated success by meeting quotas, KPIs, or performance metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and technical terminology
  • Experience working in collaborative, Agile, or rapidly changing environments
  • Must reside in Maryland, Washington, DC, or Northern Virginia (Maryland preferred)
  • Ability to work onsite once per week (Mondaysin Woodlawn, MD); two to three days per week during onboarding and training

 Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with the Talent Acquisition manager to understand technical hiring needs and workforce planning
  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance
  • Sourcing passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
  • Conducting recruiter phone screens to evaluate technical aptitude, communication skills, motivation, and overall fit
  • Coordinating interviews and maintaining communication throughout the hiring process
  • Creating an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and relationship management
  • Managing candidate pipelines while balancing multiple requisitions and competing priorities
  • Maintaining accurate recruiting activity within Greenhouse.
  • Understand recruiting metrics, hiring activity, pipeline health, and time-to-fill goals
  • Collaborating with the Talent Acquistion Manager to develop recruiting strategies for difficult-to-fill technical positions
  • Staying current on technology hiring trends and market conditions
