As Starburst continues to expand its global footprint, we are looking for an experienced and driven Technical Recruiter to join our high-performing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will play a critical part in scaling our engineering teams across Europe, with a primary focus on hiring top-tier talent in Poland. You’ll work closely with engineering leaders to build and refine scalable hiring strategies, identify and attract exceptional candidates, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish.

As a Technical Recruiter at Starburst you will:- Proactively source, engage, and assess top engineering and product talent through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, communities, and referrals
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job opening and initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and closing
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support roles of varying complexity and seniority across multiple locations
- Partner closely with hiring managers, engineering leadership, and HR to ensure efficient, effective, and equitable hiring processes
- Continually aid in the enhancement of our recruiting processes and best practices
- Ensure all candidates have a positive and professional experience, regardless of the outcome
- Use data and insights to drive decisions, track performance, and maintain a clean and organized ATS
- High-volume recruiting experience in a fast-paced B2B startup environment
- Loves the hunt, and has a proven track record of turning passive prospects into a strong active candidate pipeline
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities effectively
- Can close candidates with the right balance of consideration, transparency, and drive
- Leverages data to monitor the health of hiring processes, advise stakeholders, and manage ATS cleanliness
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to build trust with both candidates and internal partners
