We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across engineering and technical disciplines including software engineering, AI/ML, speech, QA, automation, and firmware. This role will primarily support non-game technical clients and will assist game development hiring during peak periods.
This is a hands-on recruiting role focused on sourcing, screening, and managing interview processes for technical roles. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and the global talent team to help move roles forward and build pipelines for recurring technical positions.
This role is ideal for a recruiter with 4–5+ years of experience who is comfortable recruiting technical roles and enjoys working in an autonomous, global environment.
Responsibilities- Support full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including:
- Software Engineers
- AI / Machine Learning / LLM roles
- Speech / Audio Engineers
- QA and Automation Engineers
- Firmware Engineers
- Other technical roles as needed
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outreach
- Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate candidate experience
- Coordinate and manage interview processes
- Maintain candidate data and activity in the ATS (Workable)
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to keep processes moving
- Help build and maintain talent pools for frequently hired roles
- Support both non-game technical clients and game teams during busy hiring periods
- Work with global teams across multiple time zones
- This role is ideal for someone who:
- Is comfortable recruiting for highly technical roles (AI, LLM, speech, engineering)
- Can work independently and manage their own workload
- Is proactive and moves roles forward without needing constant direction
- Is comfortable working globally across multiple time zones
- Is both a recruiter and a strong sourcer
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical recruiting
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, QA, IT, AI/ML, automation, firmware, etc.)
- Experience sourcing candidates and conducting outreach
- Organized and reliable with follow-ups and process tracking
- Comfortable working with global teams and time zones
- Ability to understand technical job requirements and translate them into sourcing strategies
- Highly autonomous and able to manage roles independently
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using an ATS (Workable preferred)
- Past experience in codevelopment or agency recruiting is a plus
- Portuguese language skills are a plus
- Games industry experience is a plus
