Airobotics is looking for a Technical R&D Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects
within the R&D department. This is a hands-on, end-to-end project ownership role that bridges between engineering teams (software, electronics, mechanics) and other departments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking complex technical projects while working closely with engineers, team leads, and company leadership. The role requires strong technical understanding, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to push projects forward with clarity and focus.
Responsibilities- Weekly project status meetings (IPT)
- Project's tasks prioritization and risk management
- Project's Gannt planning and execution
- Software versions and features planning
- Knowledge base organization and documentation
- Stakeholders address for R&D tasks in the project
- Project meetings, presentations, and demos
- B.Sc. in Engineering
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary R&D projects
- Strong technical understanding of both software and hardware systems
- Full proficiency in Jira and Confluence
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead without formal authority
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Experience in autonomous aviation or aerospace domains- Advantage
