Job Description:
Tasks:
- Collaborate with the proposal and product department in the generation of collateral documentation used to support the sale of solutions and services.
- Support the proposals activities to ensure the customer satisfaction, mainly with the new business opportunities based on DTN solutions.
- Develop and enhance the corporate brand in the documentation generated by the departments in which it collaborates.
- Keep updated documentation in accordance with the brand styles defined by the corporate group.
- Collaborate in the organization of Trade Shows and Customer Assistance, assisting with the booth design, marketing inventory, communication management with customers, brochures upgrade, invitation email design, invitees’ compilation, after-trade show info compilation and email follow-up, social media message generation and composition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Good organizational skills: ability to manage different tasks in parallel, meeting agreed deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and appropriate software.
