Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of facility infrastructure within semiconductor manufacturing or similar high-tech industrial environments.
  • Strong ability to review and interpret facility design drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Working knowledge of hazardous gas and chemical distribution systems, facility construction, and safety requirements.
  • Proven experience managing facility related projects from concept through completion.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing equipment and support systems is required

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, coordinating all phases of project execution from planning and design through implementation and closeout.
  • Maintain metrics and tracking tools to support continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Drive project deliverables and task execution through the effective use of schedules, status reports, dashboards, tracking charts, and checklists.
  • Coordinate and align internal resources and cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and provide regular updates on budget and schedule performance to business unit leadership.
  • Partner with business unit design and engineering teams to develop and execute facility and infrastructure projects. Identify project risks, obstacles, and root causes of issues, and assist in developing and implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Track equipment service history, establish preventive maintenance schedules, and ensure timely completion of required service activities.
  • Support facility infrastructure upgrades and , equipment installations.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
