The Technical Project/ Program Manager supports the planning and execution of automation technology projects within the Automation Technology Group. This role helps coordinate engineering activities, track project progress, and assist in delivering automation solutions for semiconductor manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating automation development projects, including schedules, tasks, and documentation.

  • Work closely with software, controls, hardware, and systems engineers to gather requirements and track deliverables.

  • Support communication between engineering teams and stakeholders; help document customer needs and feedback.

  • Monitor project progress, update project trackers, and escalate risks or delays to senior PMs.

  • Participate in system integration activities, including testing, installation support, and issue tracking.

  • Prepare project reports, meeting notes, and status updates for internal reviews.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying areas to streamline processes and workflows.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Mechatronics, or related field.

  • Few years of experience in engineering, automation, systems integration, or technical coordination.

  • Basic understanding of automation systems, software development concepts, or equipment integration.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills; comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.

  • Eagerness to learn project management practices and grow into a larger leadership role.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer or project support.
