Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage complex projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Project Management principles and methodologies, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively coordinate cross functional teams and ensure project success.
Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Conduct post project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Proven experience in managing large scale projects with cross functional teams.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in project contexts.
• Knowledge of industry specific regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on delivering successful projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and best practices.

The pay range for this role is $125k - $130k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
