Job Summary
Are you a strategic thinker with a strong technological background, passionate about making an impact through AI-driven solutions? We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee the comprehensive delivery of innovative SaaS projects in a dynamic, global environment.
What are the responsibilities for this role?
- Lead medium to large-scale technical projects from conception to completion.
- Define project scope, establish timelines, and ensure adherence to project schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring AI-driven solutions to fruition.
- Manage client delivery, including SOW validation, API integrations, AI model training, and more.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and advocate for best practices.
- Serve as the liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating complex concepts into clear communication.
- Proactively identify risks and lead with effective problem-solving strategies.
- Minimum of 3 years in technical project management, preferably within a SaaS and AI/chatbot context.
- Proficient in tools such as Jira, with a solid understanding of SDLC, API integrations, and AI model evaluation.
- Proficient with technologies such as Replit, Claude Code, Flowise, Make, or similar AI tools.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to lead discussions among multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organized, tech-savvy, solutions-oriented, and ready to take initiative.
- Experience in the CPG, Retail, or Banking sectors.
- Background in Product Management or proficiency in Python.
- Skills in Power BI, Looker, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus!

Yalo helps businesses offer a delightful customer experience on their customers' favorite apps – Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and WeChat. Every business on Yalo has a virtual assistant with an optimized flow that handles customer requests to the point of payment and fulfillment. If at any point the customer need is beyond what the chatflow is capable of doing, the request gets seamlessly transferred to a human agent to provide resolution. Through the Yalo platform, businesses get an artificial intelligence powered CRM that allows them to handle sales and build personal relationships, at scale, on Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and WeChat.
