Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and operationalization of complex, mission-critical programs across cloud-native platforms, modern data ecosystems, and AI-driven systems.
You will translate strategic objectives into scalable execution plans, ensuring delivery of high-impact solutions on time, within scope, and with measurable business outcomes.
This role requires strong technical fluency, structured program management experience, and exceptional cross-functional leadership.
🛠️ Your key responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of cross-functional programs involving cloud platforms, data ecosystems, security, and AI technologies using structured program management practices.
- Translate business and technical strategy into actionable roadmaps, backlogs, and phased execution plans using Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Drive alignment across engineering, product, architecture, DevOps, and data science teams by identifying dependencies, mitigating risks, and removing blockers to ensure predictable program delivery.
- Facilitate technical discussions related to system architecture, infrastructure scalability, data pipelines, security considerations, and generative AI model operations to guide informed decision-making.
- Communicate program status, trade-offs, risks, and measurable impact to senior leadership with clarity and executive presence.
- Champion process improvements, automation initiatives, and lean delivery practices to enhance execution efficiency and cross-team performance.
- Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to manage CAPEX/OPEX planning, cost optimization strategies, and overall fiscal alignment.
🎯 What we expect from you
- Experience in Technical Program Management within SaaS, cloud-native, or data-intensive environments.
- Proven ability to lead architecture-level discussions and modernization initiatives.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms — AWS preferred (S3, Lambda, Glue, DynamoDB, SageMaker).
- Familiarity with AI/GenAI systems and model operationalization.
- Experience with Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Strong skills in risk management, dependency mapping, and critical path analysis.
- Understanding of financial portfolio management (CAPEX/OPEX planning and tracking).
- Hands-on experience with program tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Rally.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and observability best practices.
⭐ Nice to have
- Knowledge of data governance and real-time/streaming data systems.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
- AWS Certifications (preferred).
