What Will I Be Doing?
- Own end-to-end delivery of data-driven initiatives — from defining scope and success metrics to execution and impact tracking.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that inform business and product decisions.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and executive-ready insights using tools like Power BI / Tableau.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Finance, Ops, CS) to translate business problems into structured analytical and execution plans.
- Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks for analytical and operational initiatives.
- Track progress, surface blockers early, and ensure timely delivery across multiple parallel workstreams.
- Establish lightweight processes to improve execution rigor, visibility, and accountability.
- Continuously improve how the team uses data, tools, and processes to operate more efficiently and effectively.
What Skills Do I Need?
- Strong blend of analytical thinking and project/program management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of experience managing analytical programs and cross-functional initiatives of varying scope and complexity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence and align internal stakeholders, including executives across countries, functions, and levels.
- Proven experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python and visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau.
- Solid understanding of project management fundamentals — scoping, planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and delivery execution.
- Ability to break down complex business problems into structured, actionable workplans.
- Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities in ambiguous environments.
- High attention to detail in data validation, analysis, and reporting to ensure accuracy and credibility.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive outcomes without formal authority.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience in SaaS, Product Operations, or analytics-driven roles is an advantage.
