About the RoleWe’re seeking a collaborative and outcomes-focused Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive client success. In this role, you’ll guide projects from kickoff through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals.

This is a remote position, reporting to Director, Project Management. However, employees within 90 min of our NY, MI, or IL offices may expect 2-3 days a week onsite.
What You’ll DoLeadership & Collaboration
- Lead end-to-end engagements, ensuring client value and measurable outcomes.
- Partner across teams to solve challenges and drive progress.
- Build strong relationships with clients, team members, and delivery leaders.
- Apply modern tools and technologies to enhance execution.
- Foster a respectful, ethical, and inclusive environment across all interactions.
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Support business case development and benefit tracking to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
- Establish effective governance structures and clarify roles and responsibilities.
- Design and maintain project plans including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and quality standards.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
Team & Resource Management
- Guide and support project teams, delegate responsibilities, and encourage innovation.
- Develop resource allocation plans that consider availability and scheduling needs.
- Promote professional growth and inclusive collaboration within the team.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communications with clarity and empathy.
- Align project communications with broader organizational goals.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage interdependencies.
- Value Creation: Deliver solutions that create measurable impact for clients.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Build trust and foster collaboration across teams.
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to continuous improvement and modern delivery practices.
- Execution Excellence: Prioritize effectively, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
- Client Understanding: Demonstrate deep understanding of client needs and industry best practices.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of client-facing project management experience delivering complex marketing technology (MarTech) solutions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate scope changes and drive positive outcomes.
- Experience managing risk, resolving conflict, and making data-informed decisions.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies and tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, ADO).
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
- Experience with project tracking and reporting tools.
Preferred
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), especially Adobe Experience Platform.
- Background in agency or consulting environments across diverse industries.
- PMP or CSM certification.
- Exposure to agentic innovation and emerging technologies.
The annual salary range for this position is $78,000-$126,500. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
