Job Summary
MPS is looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Project Manager to manage a project from concept to manufacturing. This role is pivotal in driving MPS module development schedules and manufacturing execution. The ideal candidate will bring structure, urgency, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage concurrent end-to-end project lifecycles from concept to manufacturing, ensuring timely delivery of service product initiatives.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and other stakeholders within the organization.
Establish and maintain clear project milestones, ensuring accountability and progress tracking.
Proactively identify technical and executional risks and roadblocks; develop and implement mitigation strategies.
Serve as the central point of contact for project status, escalating issues and driving resolution.
Evaluate and foresee delays and take corrective action before issues occur.
Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations, translating technical progress into business impact.
Create structure in ambiguous environments and ensure alignment across all phases of the project.
Travel: As needed, up to 15% of the time.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical discipline. Strong technical capability with program management skills.
2+ years of hardware project management experience, preferably in a technical or product development environment, managing a project from concept to manufacturing.
Hardware development experience is required. Preferably in technical product development. Power electronics or semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive execution in a matrixed organization.
Strong understanding of technical content development and ability to engage with engineering teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with senior leadership.
Demonstrated experience in risk management, milestone planning, and timeline enforcement.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building structure from the ground up.
Proven ability to lead without authority, influence outcomes, and drive accountability.
Energetic, collaborative, resilient attitude.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is highly preferred.

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in Washington is $80,000 - $140,000.
