About the Role
Quantanite constantly questions the status quo of the market. The Tech Project Manager will
share this ethos and bring a passion to disrupt norms. As a Tech Project Manager you will play a
pivotal role in defining and executing the strategic vision for our generative AI-based product(s)
and increase Quantanite’s competitiveness in the outsourcing market . Your role involves
orchestrating cross-functional collaboration, establishing the needs of the product users and
exceptional product lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will possess a unique combination
of strategic and innovative mindset and will be able to demonstrate applying Generative AI,
Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to solving business problems.
Key Responsibilities
We see your responsibilities spanning strategy, management and support.
● Develop and articulate a clear vision for the product, including defining the long-term
strategy and roadmap
● Critically understand the market and project user needs
● Collaborate closely with Sales, IT, Innovation, Operations and Support teams to ensure
alignment of project strategy
● Manage financial aspects of the project including budgeting, pricing and revenue
forecasts
● Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle ensuring timely and quality delivery
● Establish exceptionally close relationships with end users to understand needs and gather
feedback
● Assist the development team
● Work closely with business analysis team and SMEs, providing clear direction and
maintaining alignment with the core product strategy
● Work with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback, address issues, and enhance the
product based on end user experience
● Ensure that the product is scalable, maintainable, and meets leading practices for security,
performance and data management
● Collaborate, validate, and provide frequent updates to the leadership and internal
stakeholders
● Support the sales team with development of pilots and product pitches
● Collaborate with sales and innovation teams to develop go-to-market strategy
About the Candidate
You will possess:
● A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; a management degree will be a big plus
● Minimum 5+ years of IT experience including 3+ years of proven experience in project
management and product strategy development
● Prior experience in Generative AI-based projects is mandatory, especially in a technology
startup or fast-growing technology companies
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
● Experience in client-facing roles, understanding client needs and driving product
customizations
● Results-driven with demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration
● Innovative with a passion for emerging technologies
● Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
● High personal resilience
