Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive successful project execution for enterprise clients. This role requires a proactive, hands-on leader who can manage teams, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and keep projects on track with minimal oversight. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, are diligent in managing project deliverables, and can take ownership with confidence, we’d love to hear from you!
About you:
- You have a broad delivery capability that may span strategy, technology, and/or business, with a strong focus on technical implementations and migrations
- You can act as a liaison between developers and business stakeholders
- You have experience in end-to-end delivery of enterprise-level technology solutions
- You have experience in compliance and quality assurance regarding various delivery phases (e.g. estimation and scope planning, design and code reviews, test plan development, triage, various testing stages, formal reviews, and signoffs)
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a technical project manager role
- Previous consulting and/or tech start-up experience
- Exposure or experience with Python, SQL, or R for data analysis (or expert Excel)
- Demonstrated interest in cloud technologies, data science, machine learning, or data engineering
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Desire to manage a team, support a team, and be a servant leader in alignment with the Agile mindset
- Experience in delivering enterprise-level, end-to-end (design to go-live) technical solutions
- Experience creating business requirement documents
- Strong understanding of and experience in SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in various PM tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Scrum master (CSM or PSM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Previous experience working within the energy and/or utilities industry
- Experience working in a production-environment as a data analyst or developer
At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target base salary range of $140K - $155K. The final base salary offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Eligible employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses and other incentives.
