Technical Project Manager

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead one or multiple transversal projects to drive alignment between several teams and departments regarding major challenges. 
• Coordinate and partner with diverse internal stakeholder groups including early engagement to achieve effective buy-in. 
• In collaboration with our experts, design and recommend appropriate, reliable and scalable technical solutions. 
• Identify project risks and issues; make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures. 
• Ensure impacts of issues are communicated so all parties are aligned. 
• Partner with project stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate project impacts. 
• Ensure timely use of project and technology tools to help drive accountability.  
• Ensure project resources and budgets are tracked and kept up to date. 

Essential skills and attributes:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in engineering school (such as Centrale, ISEN, etc.), Project Management or related field, OR equivalent. 
• Previous proven project leadership experience (2+ years). 
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and create a cohesive project team. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Experience in managing stakeholders' expectations, conducting meetings, and delivering presentations. 
• Ability to solve complex problems to present them in a simple and effective way. 
• Autonomous and rigorous, with a strong sense of organization and reactivity. 
• Experience in Software Development or Technical Support preferred. 
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
