Key responsibilities:
- Involved in the preparation of the annual investment plan and contributes to the realization of feasibility for possible future projects and to the development of the business plan (LRP, SMP).
- Contribute to Budget exercises and LE up-date
- Involved in monthly reporting for CAPEX spent at site level and input for Global reporting
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Capex Roadmap actions.
- Involved in URS definition and project approval;
- Creates project plan;
- Manages resources to make sure schedule is on track;
- Maintains project objectives;
- Oversees strategic plan, monitoring and adapting as needed;
- Monitors production and quality to customer/stakeholder/sponsor standards;
- Identifies and resolves issues and risks;
- Reports on project progress offer viable solutions and opportunities as they arise;
- Lead meetings and set expectations for the project team;
- Track timeline & budget adherence.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred);
Minimum 3 years experience in project management, especially technical projects;
GMP knowledge preferred;
Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to: Microsoft Project-advanced; Autocad
Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written communication;
English – advanced level
