Project Manager (Technology)

Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, timeline, resource allocation, budgets, and deliverables.
• Define project objectives and requirements in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead planning and sprint meetings using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Create detailed technical documentation, Gantt charts, roadmaps, and sprint reports.
• Utilize tools like ClickUp, Instagantt, and Jira to track progress and maintain transparency for all parties.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and analysts to streamline workflows and improve delivery speed.

• Oversee WordPress and Shopify web development projects from kickoff to launch.
• Coordinate UI/UX efforts to ensure designs align with technical requirements and business goals.
• Supervise martech integrations, CMS customizations, and API implementation workflows.
• Support Vibe Coding initiatives using AI-powered tools for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure best practices in version control, QA testing, and deployment processes.
• Participate in technology selection and contribute to the development of scalable technical solutions.

• Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams, ensuring clear expectations and understanding on both sides.
• Provide weekly or milestone-based updates on deliverables, blockers, and next steps.
• Effectively manage scope changes and communicate project impacts to stakeholders.
• Lead post-project evaluations and lessons-learned sessions.

• Establish and enforce quality assurance practices across projects.
• Coordinate with developers and QA to ensure deliverables meet performance, SEO, and UX standards.
• Continuously review and refine testing processes.

• Analyze project outcomes and implement improvements based on KPIs and team feedback.
• Stay updated with trends in WordPress, Shopify, AI, martech, UX, SEO, and analytics.
• Encourage team growth through knowledge-sharing and improvement workshops.

• Assist in preparing decks and participating in client pitches.
• Offer insights on timelines, execution strategies, and resource requirements.
• Provide technical input that supports creative concepts.

• Keep up with innovations in digital marketing, advertising, technology, and creative strategy.
• Bring knowledge of AI/ML tools for automation, optimization, and enhanced customer experiences.
• Participate in training programs to strengthen operational and leadership capabilities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing web development or digital technology projects is preferred.
• Strong experience with WordPress, Shopify, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with AI in web/app development, including tools for Vibe Coding and automation.
• Understands CMS platforms, martech stacks, and web analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, UI/UX research methodologies, and usability testing.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams using Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Instagantt, Jira, Trello, etc.)
