We are currently seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to join our Infrastructure team in Bulgaria. This key mid-to-senior level position combines project management, construction planning, CAPEX control, procurement, and resource coordination, supporting the continued deployment and growth of our EV charging infrastructure.

Reporting directly to the Head of Infrastructure, with regular functional alignment with the Country Manager Bulgaria and Finance Director, you will be responsible for ensuring that infrastructure projects are strategically prioritized, properly budgeted, adequately resourced, and successfully delivered. You will work closely with the Construction Manager, Business Development, Finance teams, contractors, suppliers, and local stakeholders in a fast-growing international environment. We are looking for a professional who combines strong project management capabilities with a practical understanding of infrastructure and construction projects.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize construction projects based on site readiness, business priorities, technical constraints, and deployment targets.
  • Maintain project schedules, track key milestones, and monitor expected construction and completion dates.
  • Prepare project budgets and CAPEX forecasts, while monitoring committed, actual, and forecasted costs in collaboration with the Country Manager and Finance team.
  • Track project expenditures, analyze deviations, and maintain accurate cost forecasts throughout project execution.
  • Organize tender procedures, evaluate proposals, and participate in contractor selection processes.
  • Coordinate warehouse operations, equipment allocation, and material planning according to deployment priorities.
  • Manage collaboration between internal teams, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear responsibilities, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Identify project risks and potential bottlenecks, coordinate corrective actions, and escalate critical issues when necessary.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure, energy, EPC, or a similar project-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple construction or infrastructure projects simultaneously.
  • Previous people management experience with the ability to organize teams, set priorities, and drive execution.
  • Strong analytical and management skills, particularly in budgeting, CAPEX planning, cost control, and project forecasting.
  • Experience working with contractors, procurement processes, tender procedures, and commercial negotiations.
  • Professional proficiency in English (B2/C1 level).
  • Strong digital, organizational, and financial competencies.
  • Availability for business travel.
