Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Project Manager (PM) Vendor to join our Windows Shell team. In this role, you will support the management of experiments and campaigns, helping to coordinate and execute initiatives that drive improvements to the Windows Shell. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of experiments and campaigns for the Windows Shell team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data analysis, to ensure successful implementation of experiments.

- Monitor and track the progress of experiments and campaigns, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

- Analyze data and/or feedback from experiments to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the team.

- Support the development and maintenance of documentation related to experiments and campaigns.

- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new ideas and initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related disciplines).

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.

- Basic understanding of program management principles and methodologies is a plus.

- Enthusiasm for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the field of program management.
