Key responsibilities

- Lead delivery of trade stock automation, including classification rules, stock movement logic and reconciliation between systems
- Lead delivery of capex stock and asset register automation, including tagging, tracking and the flow of asset data into Finance
- Manage system integration work across ERP, warehouse, procurement, POS and reporting platforms, covering data mapping, interface design, migration, testing and cutover
- Translate operational and finance requirements into clear functional specifications that developers and vendors can build against
- Challenge existing process assumptions where automating the current way of working would entrench a weak design
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, training and post go-live support with the business
- Manage third party suppliers and implementation partners against agreed scope, cost and timeline
- Maintain project records, RAG status, risks and issues on Monday.com to PMO standards and report status regularly

- Demonstrable delivery of ERP, warehouse, inventory or asset management system implementations
- Working understanding of stock and asset accounting concepts, including the distinction between trade stock and capex
- Practical experience with data migration, integration testing and cutover planning
- Comfortable reading data structures, API documentation and integration specifications, without needing to be a developer
- Confident engaging both technical teams and non-technical store and operations staff
- Structured and detail focused, with the discipline to close items rather than carry them forward
- Clear communicator, able to report simply and directly to senior stakeholders
- Experience with Sage or comparable ERP systems, and retail, QSR or FMCG exposure, is an advantage
- Willing to travel across the group's operating markets where projects require it
