What will your job look like?
- Deliver results by orchestrating the technical planning, execution, and enablement of key programs.
- Communicate with the automotive client regarding exact technical needs, including organizing workshops, test drives, and functional tuning.
- Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent teams from meeting objectives.
- Lead and contribute to decision-making processes and facilitate conflict resolution.
- Leverage your hands-on experience in the relevant technologies.
- Use critical thinking and design-oriented problem-solving to drive delivery and results.
- Define key program metrics and communicate outcomes, blockers, and overall program performance.
- Work with management and other leaders to continuously identify and implement process improvements.
- Working closely with internal teams, including Algorithmics, Integration, Validation, and others
All you need is:
- Computer Science/Industrial Engineering/Relevant Engineering degre or equivalent field.
- 5-10 years of experience of project management.
- Experience in customer-facing technical project or program management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and management skills.
- Experience in the automotive/vehicle industry – an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
