Techdin, part of Guideline Group, is looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead strategic technology and business transformation projects across the organization.
This role is responsible for managing projects end-to-end- from identifying business needs and defining project scope through planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery.
The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with a solid understanding of technology, business processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technology projects across the organization.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, R&D, Operations, Customer Support, Sales, and external vendors.
- Manage implementation and upgrades of business systems and operational platforms.
- Lead system enhancement initiatives, integrations, and process automation projects.
- Drive software release projects, ensuring readiness across all stakeholders and departments.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks while proactively driving resolutions.
- Build project plans, monitor execution, and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, and according to business priorities.
- Continuously improve project management methodologies and execution processes.
- 3-4 years of experience managing technology or business systems projects.
- Proven experience leading end-to-end cross-functional projects.
- Experience working with software development teams and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into structured project plans.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on approach with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
Skills Required
