Job Description

As a Technical Project Manager in Wix’s Enterprise Professional Services team, you'll lead the delivery of multi-site solutions for high-profile enterprise customers, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery. You’ll work closely with Wix designers, R&D, and Solution Architects. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Lead end-to-end management of large-scale, multi-site projects for enterprise customers, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery

• Collaborate closely with the design and R&D teams, driving the technical aspects of the project alongside operational planning

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring an exceptional project experience

• Coordinate project activities, ensuring milestones are met and risks are communicated promptly to senior management on Wix's side and the Enterprise customer side

• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews

• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline project delivery and enhance overall project success

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience managing large-scale, high-profile enterprise client projects

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define workflows, understand business cases, and translate user needs into actionable plans

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in working with stakeholders across multiple teams and sites

• Proven ability to problem-solve and make high-quality decisions in complex situations

• Experience working with project management tools, such as Monday, Jira, or Gantt chart management tools
