We are seeking a Product & Engineering Operations Specialist with solid experience orchestrating all aspects of “how work happens” in a large technology company. The ideal candidate has a perfect blend of organizational skills, technology experience, and communication and interpersonal skills to align product and engineering teams on a continuous basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Full stewardship of existing and new project management technologies (Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery, Monday), including defining all structure, metadata and taxonomy to represent use cases
- Ensuring continually accurate representation of projects states, from initiation, through estimation, development, delivery tracking, and accounting thereof
- Workload capacity planning
- Lead and co-lead quarterly and annual internal & external milestones, including delivery reviews, KPI checks, R&D financial accounting, compliance and other audit reviews, R&D credit applications
- Continuous collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to deliver the above
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ Years experience in a similar role
- PMP Certification
- Mastery of Atlassian Jira and its ecosystem
- Experience managing projects in large, globally-distributed technology companies using agile scrum Product+Engineering practices
- Organized to a fault
- Efficient, collaborative and proactive communicator using a variety of media (presentations, emails, slack, calls, etc..)
- Working with cross functional teams to identify dependencies
- Familiarity with the adtech ecosystem
- Experience in large publicly-traded companies
- Product and/or technology background
