Enroute is hiring embedded Project Managers to execute software technology platform initiativesis to lead complex technology platform initiatives within a structured governance model.
This role is responsible for driving predictable, high-quality delivery across cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, Data, Security, and external partners. You will serve as the single point of accountability, ensuring alignment, transparency, and execution excellence in a multi-stakeholder environment.
The ideal candidate is a strong delivery leader with experience managing enterprise technology programs, navigating ambiguity, and proactively mitigating risks while maintaining momentum across initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading complex technology projects or programs.
- Proven success delivering enterprise platforms or large-scale system initiatives.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) and familiarity with Waterfall delivery models.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across technical and business domains.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in risk, dependency, and stakeholder management.
Strongly preferred:
- Experience in regulated or audit-driven environments.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, integrations, or modernization initiatives.
- Background working with distributed or global teams.
• Drive day-to-day execution of assigned initiatives, including sprint and release planning support, milestone tracking, action tracking, RAID management, and dependency coordination.
• Maintain delivery artifacts and project hygiene, including schedules, dashboards, status reports, decision logs, and project documentation.
• Facilitate team cadences aligned with the established operating model (e.g., weekly execution reviews, backlog refinement support, and retrospectives support).
• Track cross-team dependencies and escalate blockers early, providing clear options and impact assessments.
• Support acceptance readiness, including Definition of Ready/Definition of Done alignment, release checklists, and stakeholder sign-offs.
• Coordinate with QA/testing and release management teams to ensure end-to-end delivery integrity.
