The Role

Job Description Summary

We are hiring a Technical Project Manager in the Supply Chain Data & Analytics space who can drive continuous process improvements and important digital initiatives contributing towards strategic priorities. The Associate Director, Technical Project Manager will lead multiple projects and digital products with team members comprising of both internals and externals. You will interact with global Business and IT stakeholders and ensure successful solution delivery with standard designs in line with industry best practices.


 

Job Description

Major accountabilities:

  • Design and manage the development of modular, reusable, elegantly designed and maintainable software or solutions that support the Supply Chain organization as well as other Cross Functional strategic initiatives.
  • Manage Global Business and IT stakeholders, alignments on key strategic endorsements, regular governance, escalation management and vendor management.
  • Participate in fit-gap workshops with business providing effort estimates and solutions proposals.
  • Hands on, solution driven and customer focused. Develop and maintain the code repositories for which you are responsible and respond rapidly to bug reports or security vulnerability issues.
  • Embody and integrate software development best practices into your everyday work and inspire others within the community to emulate these practices.
  • Collaborate extensively with your colleagues across Security, Compliance, Enterprise Data Management, Architecture, Project Management, Product Management, Product Service Management and Business Management.
  • Drive data enablement and building digital products/deliver solutions as per business prioritizations and in alignment with technology architects.
  • Evaluate the impact of new business processes and ERP programs on existing/upcoming BI and Analytics solutions.
  • Contribute towards AI/ML initiatives including Generative AI / Agentic AI, data quality improvement, business process simplification, data democratization and other strategic pillars.
  • Ensure designed solutions are aligned with Data and Analytics strategy standards and roadmap.
  • Bring innovations to the solutions and add measurable values to Supply Chain Business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in science, business or related field.
  • 10+ years of data & analytics experience in a professional environment, building applications across platforms.
  • 6+ years of experience in delivery management.
  • 6+ years of experience in customer facing IT roles.
  • 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong data engineering fundamentals in data management, data analysis, back-end system design.
  • Strong hands-on exposure in Data & Analytics (including predictive and prescriptive analytics) solutions.
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
