Coderio is seeking a Technical Project Manager Ssr / Sr to integrate with a pioneering product squad and synchronize efforts between business stakeholders and engineering experts.

This delivery-intensive position is designed for a specialist with a robust technical pedigree who thrives on resolving complex hurdles and maintaining project momentum. Moving beyond high-level timeline management, you will collaborate intimately with partners and developers to specify scope, eliminate impediments, evaluate proposed architectures, and guarantee successful outcomes.

• Act as the primary interface between business partners and our engineering squads.

• Analyze business objectives and translate them into rigorous functional and technical specifications.

• Partner with development teams to engineer performant and scalable digital platforms.

• Evaluate technical implementation strategies critically, encouraging discussions that prioritize problem-solving.

• Organize, schedule, and rank tasks utilizing Jira within a Kanban framework.

• Track project milestones, identify potential bottlenecks, and lead proactive efforts to resolve them.

• Drive timely delivery of features while ensuring high quality and business alignment.

• Promote transparent communication among both technical and non-technical partners.

• Contribute to the ongoing refinement of delivery workflows and internal team synergy.

• Proven track record of at least +5 years managing technical delivery or software engineering initiatives.

• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Background in engineering, specifically within full-stack development, with direct coding experience.

• Deep proficiency in contemporary architectures for web-based applications.

• Expertise navigating Agile methodologies while collaborating closely with engineering squads.

• Capability to translate business needs into detailed technical documentation and functional scope.

• Exceptional aptitude for organizing workflows and determining task priority.

• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Hands-on proficiency with Jira and Kanban to drive project execution.

• Prior engineering expertise utilizing Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript in development environments.

• Hands-on familiarity with AI-driven development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.

• Demonstrated success in launching SaaS platforms or modern web-based digital products.

• Experience managing direct relationships and project requirements with external business partners.
