Serve as Scrum Master/Technical Project Manager for ServiceNow implementations: run scrum ceremonies, manage backlogs, remove impediments, coordinate stakeholders, track delivery and quality, coach teams on agile practices, document requirements and processes in ServiceNow/Jira, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate the scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Lead the scrum team of developers, testers, and business users in delivering the ServiceNow application solution using agile methodology.
- Help the product owner and teams to define and prioritize the product backlog, and to create user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Identifying and engaging the relevant stakeholders and business partners to design the delivery of the appropriate cadence for stakeholder engagement with their buy-in.
- Empower the team to self-organize and deliver high-quality solutions that meet the business needs and expectations.
- Track and monitor the progress and quality of the team's deliverables and communicate the status and risks to the stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor, the team on agile values, principles, and practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and feedback.
- Develops use cases, process diagrams, and requirements documentation using stories and scrum tasks in ServiceNow/Jira
- Drives continuous improvement via Inspect and adapt workshops; assesses the agility level of the teams and helps them improve.
- Remove any impediments or blockers that hinder the team's productivity and performance.
- Manage the dependencies and coordination with other teams and external parties.
- Using insights and SME input to create impactful communication and effective collaboration via different channels and medium.
- Ensure that the team adheres to the agreed standards and processes, and that they follow the best practices of software development and integrations on ServiceNow platform.
- Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team and the process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Scrum Master role, preferably with 3+ years' experience for development projects on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, frameworks, and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, integrations, and configuration
- Experience in creating process flow diagrams and use cases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse and distributed team.
- Solid understanding of project and software development methodologies / techniques (AGILE)
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, multitasking, and conflict-management skills
- The ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome confusion, and simplify complex situation.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills - verbal, written, listening and presentation.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Skills Required
