Role Overview
We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to partner with our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. This client-facing, engineering-aligned role focuses on program management excellence and strategic impact. Based onsite at our Overland Park, KS location, you will lead initiatives that drive innovation and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and manage internal and external programs to deliver business-aligned outcomes.
  • Consult with stakeholders to understand program requirements and assess program success.
  • Research and apply best practice methodologies in program development and execution.
  • Accountable for completion of program tasks and deliverables, and development of business processes to meet objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional groups and business stakeholders to ensure program deliverables are met.
  • Monitor and report program performance against defined goals and objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience with program administration, development, or management.
  • Experience working with engineering and/or technical teams
  • At least 3 years of experience managing financial budgets and/or accounting tasks.
  • Ability to anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to secure and deploy resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
