As a Technical Project Manager III in Consumer and Community Banking & Operations Technology, you will help lead complex technology projects and programs that drive business goals and create value for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Applying a broad knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential to developing innovative solutions, along with leveraging analytical reasoning and adaptability skills to navigate through ambiguity and change. Your strong communication abilities will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring alignment on project objectives and governance. By optimizing resources and managing risks, you will contribute to the successful delivery of high-impact projects that shape the future of the firm.
Job responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that all hiring initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including job postings, hiring statuses and selected candidates in various location for employees and contractors.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, business leads and recruiters globally, providing regular updates on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and any potential challenges.
- Provide data to generate recruitment reports and analytics to track key hiring metrics.
- Work closely with HR, talent acquisition specialists, and other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Coordinate mobility events globally to enhance internal hiring process so that the org can maximize it's existing talent, creating a dynamic and motivated workforce to tackle new challenges.
- Lead a comprehensive effort to clean up requisitions based on Hygiene Checks and Guardrails around co-location policy ensuring the integrity of hiring data.
- Report on the Right-To-Hire (RTH) conversions to allow to efficiently convert contractors to full-time roles within the timeframe.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities.
- Proven experience leading through the project lifecycle management, including influencing decision makers and adapting to changes as business needs evolve.
- Strong technical fluency, with familiarity in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies.
- Proficient in stakeholder management, with a track record of establishing productive working relationships and driving mutually beneficial outcomes.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, reporting and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- The ability to manage multiple initiatives at one time.
