Position Overview

This role can be based in Denver, CO. in alignment with our flexible work policy (3 days in, 2 days flexible).

Join Vantage as a Global Platform Manager and be responsible for the comprehensive management and operational efficiency of our Enterprise platform.

The Platform Manager will capture and analyze requests for new IT services, find opportunities to use technology for business improvements, and facilitate solution implementation. The ideal candidate is proactive in conducting research, developing roadmaps, and offering insights to enhance business operations through technology. You will apply innovative thinking to create detailed business and system documentation. You will become familiar with the entire CTIO organization and our business partners, regions, and third-party vendors that we will use to meet our team's needs for timely and scalable enterprise platform deliveries.

Essential Job Functions

Requirements Gathering:

  • As an Enterprise Platform Manager you will lead project teams in gathering requirements and designing solutions.

  • Capture, analyze, and document requests for new IT services from collaborators.

  • Collect and refine requirements from collaborators, translating them into actionable tasks for the Infrastructure & Service Desk teams.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Act as a liaison between enterprise platform departments and various internal collaborators.

  • Build trust and rapport by establishing strong relationships with collaborators.

  • Drive user adoption of Enterprise platforms by maintaining adoption and data-quality dashboards and implementing strategies for continuous improvement.

Service Request Analysis:

  • Receive and evaluate service or enterprise platform requests, ensuring all requirements and justifications are clearly documented.

Research & Technology Analysis:

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas where technology can improve business operations and processes.

Gap Analysis & Roadmaps:

  • Perform gap analysis to determine where existing systems fall short and provide recommendations for improvements.

  • Develop roadmaps and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate potential technology solutions.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive backlog of enhancements and fixes, prioritizing according to business impact.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously evaluate and improve business processes to optimize technology integration and service delivery.

Additional Duties:

  • Respond promptly to immediate issues, troubleshoot problems, and identify solutions or user training requirements.

  • Manage and work with third party vendors applied to supplement fulltime Vantage employees.

  • Stay abreast of new tools, capabilities, and updates within the enterprise platform(s) to continuously leverage technology for business excellence.

  • Handle additional duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience working with Enterprise Systems administration, application management or a role with similar responsibilities.

  • Demonstrable expertise in various technical areas, including systems, software installation and configuration.

  • Experience leading discovery workshops, including solution presentations and prototype demonstrations.

  • Data Center experience is preferred, but not required.

  • Experience with ServiceNow and/or Salesforce is preferred, but not required.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with exceptional ability to work well with people, including collaborators and team members.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attitude that emphasizes problem-solving and a dedication to continuous improvement.

  • Capable problem solver who can effectively communicate the value of our platform and engage with collaborators at all levels.

  • Customer-focused with a passion for enhancing employee experience.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Travel required is expected to be up to 5% but may increase over time as the business evolves.

Additional Details

  • Salary Range: $140,000-150,000 + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

  • This position is eligible for company benefits including but not limited to medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and many other additional voluntary benefits.

  • Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
