Key Responsibilities
Lead medium-complexity IT projects from design to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Direct external project teams, maintaining control over progress, quality, and budget.
Facilitate all project meetings and manage records of actions, decisions, risks, and escalations.
Oversee smooth transitions to operations and coordinate all release-related activities.
Monitor execution, manage scope, and ensure effective governance and risk control.
Ensure compliance with security policies and project management standards.
Collaborate across teams and suppliers to drive successful project outcomes.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience leading diverse, cross-functional project teams.
Strong background in managing project budgets and financial planning.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Expertise in project risk management and mitigation strategies.
Skilled in change management and decision-making under pressure.
Fluent in English, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Desirable Requirements
Experience working in a global pharmaceutical or healthcare environment.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
