Amplify is looking for a Contract Business Systems Project Manager to coordinate and lead the delivery of a diverse portfolio of technology projects by leading Product Owners across primary systems like NetSuite, Salesforce and CPQ. This contract will be a six month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to coordinate projects across all of Amplify’s systems and lead or run interdependencies across concurrent cross-functional initiatives to support the rest of the organization. This role will collaborate closely with Amplify leadership, product partners and Business Systems’ teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead software development initiatives, business process analysis, and sophisticated technical transformation projects involving cross-functional teams passionate about the delivery of a product or service

  • Responsible for leading projects ranging from small to extra-large, multi-phase projects simultaneously 

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource capacity, status reports, and risk registers appropriate for the scope and complexity of each project

  • Supervise the cross functional team in the execution of the project, providing positive leadership toward the successful delivery with a focus on schedule, scope, quality, and communication

  • Coordinate efforts of all cross functional team members by establishing and maintaining a highly collaborative environment and encouraging collaboration across all areas

  • Perform project risk assessment and communicate risk mitigation plans

  • Provide a single point of contact for projects and responsible to take projects from original concept through final implementation and responsible for conducting project meetings.

Basic Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to work independently, and lead teams

  • 3+ years experience working with enterprise SaaS applications (e.g., NetSuite, Salesforce)

  • Experience running sophisticated technology transformation projects

  • Very strong communication and planning skills

  • Understanding of software development life cycle and experience in agile frameworks

  • Experience working semi-autonomously, meeting deadlines and thriving in a fast paced environment

  • Experience working with JIRA, Smartsheets, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience managing projects in an Agile environment and change management experience 

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus

  • Certified as a project manager by PMI or other similar organization

Compensation:
The hourly rate range for this role is $57 - $64.
