- Are you an expert in HMI eBeam inspection machines with a passion for driving solutions from R&D to customer support? Join ASML as an HMI Installed Base Technology Project Lead, where you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our cutting-edge semiconductor inspection technology.
Role and responsibilities
- Lead technical support for HMI eBeam inspection machine escalations, ensuring rapid issue resolution.
- Bridge R&D and customer service teams, providing in-depth technical expertise.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Drive continuous improvements in tool performance and serviceability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of solutions.
- Provide SS&P technical input to solve the EOL issues and maintain and parts delivery
Education and experience
- Ph.D or Master degree of Physics or relevant engineering background
- With semiconductor background is a plus
Skills
- Strong knowledge of HMI eBeam inspection systems and semiconductor manufacturing.
- Experience in escalation management and troubleshooting.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively across teams.
- Background in engineering, physics, or related fields is preferred.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
