Project lead is a role with strategic thinking between project business and development progress. PL needs to lead the team to manage issue under time limitation to fulfill product goal .
The position is responsible for managing products as follows:
- HMI Product Install Base
- eP5 XLE Product
- eP6
- eScan1100 (Multibeam Inspection tool)
- eScan2200 (Multibeam Inspection tool)
Job Description:
- Priority and scope alignment from PCM / PDM requirement
- Plan and allocation D&E resource. Collaborate with D&E offsite.
- Manage development progress and deliverable as coordination with cross sector
- Control design change cost for project
Role & Responsibility:
Project lead responsibilities:
- Arrange the budget (TAP) for the project
- Update the product projects status to corresponding PDM (Product manager) and PCM (Project clustering Manager)
- Tract and control the project cost
- Align the resources including ( engineer/material and tool time) for the project
- Control and coordinate the schedule and provide report to PSG.
Education and experience
- Demonstrates expanded conceptual knowledge in own discipline and broadens capabilities.
- Semiconductor equipment industry and fab experience is a plus.
- eBeam Inspection experience is a plus.
- Master Degree with 5~8 years experiences
Skills
- Able to control project delivery with time, money and resource constraints.
- Good communicating ability
- Good at reporting in English
- Knowledge for e Beam inspection (plus)
- Semiconductor equipment industry and fab experience is (plus)
